Where We Build
Building in Oak Grove, Clyde North
Oakview Homes built the Aspen 25, one of our single-storey designs, at the Oak Grove estate in Clyde North. If you own a block in Oak Grove, we can build one of our designs on it or design a home around it, from our base in Lyndhurst.
This page shows the home we built there, what the estate is like, and how a build on an Oak Grove block works with us.

Can Oakview build on my Oak Grove block?
Yes. Send us your lot plan and the design guidelines from your land contract. We will tell you which of our designs fits the block, or design a home around it, and then take you through the five Victorian building stages: base, frame, lock-up, fixing and completion.

Ask about your Oak Grove blockWhat should you check before building on a new estate block?
- When the land titles. Building can only start on a titled lot, so we plan the design and permits around the date.
- The plan of subdivision, for easements, the building envelope and where the driveway can go.
- The estate’s design guidelines, which most new estates attach to the land contract and approve before the building permit.
- A soil test and a feature and level survey. The slab is designed from them, and they show any extra site costs early.
- Fencing, front landscaping and letterbox rules, which many estates set with a deadline after handover.
Bring what you have to a first meeting and we will go through it with you.
