Where does Oakview Homes build?

What are the stages of building a new home in Victoria?
A Victorian domestic building contract names five stages: base, frame, lock-up, fixing and completion. Progress payments are usually tied to these stages. Consumer Affairs Victoria explains deposits and stage payments, and you can build our home stage by stage.
How much deposit will I pay?
Under Victorian law the deposit on a domestic building contract of $20,000 or more cannot be more than 5% of the contract price (10% if the contract is under $20,000). Your contract sets out the exact amounts.
How long does a build take?
It depends on the design, the block and approvals. Our single-storey home in Clyde North, finished in July 2026, was posted with a build time of three months. We will give you a timeframe for your build before you sign.
What are the Aspen 25 and Sienna 23?
They are two of our single-storey designs. The Aspen 25 was built at Oak Grove in Clyde North; the Sienna 23 has a double-gable facade.
Can I see homes you have built?
Yes. Photos and walkthroughs of finished homes are on our builds, and new videos go up on TikTok at @oakviewhomes.
