Demolition done on our Seaford knockdown rebuild

Our knockdown rebuild in Seaford has reached its first milestone. The old house has been demolished, the block is cleared and the Oakview Homes banner is up on the site fence. Site works are starting soon.

A knockdown rebuild lets you stay in the street you already know and end up with a new home built for how you live now. From here the job moves through the same stages as any new home in Victoria: base, frame, lock-up, fixing and completion.
