Frame stage: walls and roof trusses up

Frame stage is when a new home first looks like a house. On this Oakview build the timber wall frames are standing on the slab and the roof trusses are going on, with the Oakview Homes banner on the site fence out the front.
In Victoria, frame stage is one of the five stages named in a domestic building contract, after base and before lock-up. The frame is checked by the building surveyor before the build moves on.
